About Caring Companions

At Caring Companions In-Home Senior Care, we provide care and companionship to seniors and adults with disabilities through several trusted programs — including Private Pay, Veterans Affairs (VA), and Medicaid.

Every client is unique, and so is every caregiver’s role. Some clients simply need a friendly visitor to brighten their day, while others need more hands-on help with personal care or health support. No matter the level, each visit makes a meaningful difference.

(Age 55+)

A special role designed for caring, active adults age 55+ who want to help others live well at home.

Our Recruitment Process

Simple, Supportive, and Streamlined — Just the Way It Should Be.

1. Apply

Online

Start by completing our short online application. It only takes 5 minutes — no lengthy forms or uploads required.

2. Quick Phone Interview

We’ll get to know you, talk about your experience, what kind of work you’re looking for, and answer any questions you have.

3. In-Person Interview

If it sounds like a good match, you’ll be invited to book an in-person interview. You will come to our office for a 20 minute visit.

4. Job Offer & Onboarding

If you’re selected, congratulations! You'll receive an offer with pay rate and complete Step 1 Onboarding Documents.

5. Background & Ref Checks

We complete several background checks, MVR, and reference verification — all at no cost to you. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

6. Orientation

Once cleared, you’ll be scheduled for orientation — an engaging session where you’ll learn about our policies, safety, client care levels, and get all the tools you need to succeed.

7. Training

You will complete 4 hours of "hands-on" training in our office prior to client contact and an additional 6 hours of online Alzheimer's and Dementia training within your first 30 days.

8. Client Matching

After training, we’ll match you with clients near your area based on your skills, preferences, and schedule. We do our best to ensure long-term, placements.
