As an In-Home Caregiver with Caring Companions, you’ll help people live safely and comfortably in their own homes by providing homemaking, companionship, and personal care. We match each caregiver based on their skills, experience, and comfort level, so you’ll always work within your abilities. You may be matched as a Homemaker (helping with meals, cleaning, and errands), a Companion (providing friendly visits and conversation), a Personal Caregiver (helping with bathing, dressing, and mobility), or a mix of all three. The more experience and skills you have, the more clients you can be matched with — which means more work hours and opportunities. Many clients need a little help in each area, while others may need more support with one type of care. Our goal is to make sure you’re paired with clients who fit your strengths, so you can feel confident and make a difference every day.
